https://stash.idalko.com/projects/EXAPUB/repos/transformers/browse suggested by exalate team for formatting for some of the fields like description ,resolution text and comments to convert HTML to wiki and vice versa.
But unfortunately we are experiencing another issue caused by this formatting which is causing new lines being ignored while syncing.
Were you able to resolve this issue? If not, could you share in which fields you are having this issue? And also share the Outgoing script of Jira and the Incoming of ADO of the field
