Hi Neha,

You want to delete all the remote side issues that are in sync? Unfortunately for this case, Exalate cannot delete issues, only the sync data (the link between source and remote issue).

Maybe you can explain why you want to start fresh? Alternatively, you could fix the scripts to the information that you want to sync and overwrite your current sync with a bulk exalate.

Hello Andre,

Previously , we haven't updated the Groovy.script file on server side and we started the synchronization. With this Tickets were synchronized but statuses were not mapped.

At that time, To avoid that situation , we have disabled the connections and we have manually move the issue to closed state(remote side).

Now we have placed groovy file again and synchronized the issues again. From then Errors are coming for issues that were manually moved to Closed/Delivered State.

We don't want to touch some of the issues that we manually moved. (Also don't want to correct errors due to some dependencies)

For this, I have performed bulk unexalate operation, Since then Server performance is impacting and Some of the issues are showing error and some under clean up.

That's why I want to remove all the issues that are created by exalate users and will start from beginning.
