error: Priority is invalid. How do you fix this type of error on ZenDesk?

      a very common mistake is when the priority name in the script is written with a capital letter

      issue.priority = nodeHelper.getPriority("High")

      Priority name on ZenDesk should all be lower case:


      issue.priority = nodeHelper.getPriority("high")
