How to make a query to show unsynced issues in Jira Cloud?

The JQL functions in https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/JQL+functions don't seem to be available in Jira Cloud. 


How can I make a query to show all the issues that have not been exalated?

      One approach is to track the remote issue key locally (in the Jira cloud ticket - as a custom field), and use that to see which one have not been exalated.
