What is ".replica"?

I’m assuming that is speaking of the other side of the integration?

If in SN, replica in incoming and outgoing means Jira.

And visa-versa if in Jira?

Replica is the entity that contains all the information that will be shared across the instances. On the outgoing script, you would fill the replica with whatever you want to send to the other side, usually based on the information of the issue (or entity) that you are synchronising. In the incoming script, you will use the information of that replica you are receiving to update your entity.
