We have a very simple trigger in github:
issue
Events: create/update
is:open
We are just now configuring our sync so it hasn't been up for long, but it seems like sometimes the trigger isn't fired and I'm not sure why. Currently, creating a github issue with an initial descriptions seem to not sync.
There are no errors on the Jira or Github connections, doing a bulk exalate picks up the unsync'd issues just fine, and I can't think of anything related to the description field that would cause this issue (it syncs fine once the issues are under sync).
So I guess I'm specifically asking if anyone has encountered this error, but also generally is there any debugging on the github side that I can look at to check when triggers fire?
