JIRA-Server/private: Event create/update not triggered

Sync private to public (both Jira Server on premise). Jira 8.13.1


Simple trigger (project=PROJECTKEY)


If I change a comment the Issue syncs, but not if I create a new one neither if I change the subject.

I updated the App to the latest version.


Manual exalate or Bulk sync work properly


Also the direction from internal Jira (private) to external (public) works as it should.


The connection had been working before both Jiras were updated to LTS 8.13.x


Any suggestions ?

      Hi! That sounds like an unexpected behaviour, it would be better if you can generate an exalate support zip file and share it on a support ticket with us.
