Hi All,

My connection seems to be working except for minor things.

Incident created in SNOW → shows up in Jira = SUCCESS

Comment added in incident on the Jira side → shows up in SNOW = SUCCESS

PROBLEM:

Incident created in JIra project –> not showing in SNOW = FAIL

Incident status change from backlog to in progress → not showing in SNOW = FAIL

Incident status change from in progress to done --> not showing in SNOW = FAIL

Ideas?
