Hello,

we have problems with the sync. of Subtask between a Jira cloud and Jira Server. We have set up the connector like in this document descripted.

Nevertheless we get always the error: (image below) that means, that the parent ticket was not created yet.
How can I customize the scripts, that the parent ticket will be sync. bevor the subtask.
In the attachment you can also see the set up in the outgoing connections and the incoming connections.
