Two Jira / Azure DevOps connections are setup. 
The production one where all business activities are and a Test setup to tryout stuff like tuning the sync rules.

The Jira Test setup is a copy of the production one.

This Jira is giving timeouts

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed while making a request to a remote server.

How can this be resolved?

I already tried deleting the connections and creating new ones.

The production one is working correctly.

please advice.
