Hi,
Random question, is it possible to map any new users added to Jira to the user profile in Servicenow?. The reason I ask is that Project Manager just add people directly in Jira for access to a Jira board, but to allow access to that user, they need to be given permissions in Active Directory to be able to reach that board. we are currently automating this, by having a powershell script import daily the Jira ID by referencing the associated email address in ServiceNow. As soon as the Servicenow record is updated then it automatically adds the AD Permission.
Ideally if Jira could "trigger" the sync based on a new user being added (similar to a epic or a task being created), this would do away with powershell and keep the integration between both systems all within Exalate. I currently cant see how you can get Exalate to look at other tables with Jira
