Time to First Response SLA: Comment For Customer does not stop the timer when Reporter is Exalate

Hi! I meet a strange behaviour every time the reporter is Exalate - a comment to a customer doesn't stop the Time To First Response SLA timer. Could it be affected by this known bug? https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5680

      If you are on Jira 8 - we are preparing a patch release (4.6.4) which might resolve this problem

      It is related to handling the SLA's

        My partner and I, we are both on Jira cloud. Any ideas?

        OK - then that's something new.  Can you send the exalate support zip from both ends to our support portal.  This should not happen

        The question was solved. For some reason, I didn't have 'Comment: For Customer' as the Stop condition for this SLA metric.
