Good day!

Using cf AGILE as an example, I don't understand why cf is not synchronized?
tell me what is the problem?

    Can you verify the custom field id's for both ends and also give us a little background on what kind of field this is? A screenshot of the field definitions would be helpful.

    It seems to me like a multi-select field but I would like to be sure.

    Also can you confirm this is cloud↔cloud synchronization?

 I tried to sync the project from CF instance A to intance B but also unsuccessfully ((

    The possible solution is to replace the custom field name by custom field ID.
