Enjoy & stay safe
We have a sync between two instances ABC and 123.
We would like to stop the incoming status sync for instance ABC
if the ABC status is 'SIT' & 'UAT'..
And the status updated on Instance 123 is "In Progress", So the status should not be set to "In Progress" on Instance ABC.
Incoming status should not stop when Instance ABC is having other statuses.
Hope my requirement is clear.
I will try to explain it again...
If the status is set to "In Progress" on instance 123, the connection should check the status on Instance ABC..
IF instance ABC status is 'SIT' or 'UAT'... Then status updates should not happen
IF instance ABC status is bot one of 'SIT' or 'UAT'... Then status should be set to 'In Progress" for instance ABC.
If the status is set to "In Review" on instance 123, the connection should not check the status on Instance ABC..
EVEN Though IF instance ABC status is 'SIT' or 'UAT'... status updates should happen
Thanks & regards
Madhu
