I already have a source issue and a cloned/target issue already in place.  I only want to sync attachments between the two issues.  Can I do that with your product?  The product needs to be able to look at linked issue to determine with is the source & which is the clone/target.

I only need the attachments synced.  I do not need to create issues.  I want attachments synced based on the linked issue column.
