Unable to download support.zip from exalate console

Hi Team ,


i am able to generate support.zip file from exalate console . but getting error while downloading the file 


please do the needful

    Hi there,

    If there is a problem downloading the support zip (on Jira Server/Datacenter)
    The file can be found under <jira_home>/export/jiranode-support-zip

    If it's other platform, I would recommend to raise a support ticket.
