Hi All,
we have activated the integration (through Exalate) between our Jira and the Jira of one of our customers.
Synchronization seems to work very well.
We only encountered "some problems" on some tickets. The problem is related to the lack of synchronization of the "status" field.
The triggers we have activated to get our ticket to the Customer Jira are the following:
"issuetype =" Story "AND project =" Grocery Solution "AND status =" WAITING FOR CUSTOMER ""
"issuetype =" Task "AND project =" Grocery Solution "AND status =" WAITING FOR CUSTOMER ""
Only for some tickets, we had the following problem: as soon as the status went to "Waiting for customer" on our Jira → the trigger was triggered and the ticket was also created on the Customer Jira (everything ok!).
However, when we changed (on our Jira) the status of these tickets, for example, from "Waiting for customer" to "To do", the "Status" field did not update on the Customer Jira (the tickets have different statuses).
This problem appears to have occurred only for some tickets. In all other cases, the "Status" field has always been updated correctly, on both sides.
Did you have the same problem? Do you know how to solve?
Thanks,
Francesco
