  • We have a transition in Jira issue from In progress to Done and in between there is a pop up screen which is asking for certain details to be filled.
  • I want to close set the status of Jira issue to Done from Azure without filling values in that pop screen in jira.
  • Currently it is not happening.
  • How to transform wiki comments from Jira to Azure Html comments.

    Hello Harold,


    The scripts is not working as expected. The HtmlToWiki is only thing which works atleast 85 %. It doesn't recognize the characters properly.


    This is what we have in Azure:


    And this is what we get in Jira after we synced from Azure:

    Now the remaining 15% is not working.


    Also when i try to sync comments from Jira to Azure using transform, it is not working. May be i am doing it wrong. Can you please provide the transform code of Jira outgoing and Azure incoming for comments.


    The other way round of transform is working from Azure to Jira.


    I also asked that i need to close the Jira issue from Azure through status mapping but its not working for one status which i already mentioned in mapping of Jira incoming.
