Hi there!

We are using Exalate to synch our Service management project on Jira cloud with another Project on Jira server (on premise Jira instance).

We have several customers belonging to different organizations. Ticket created within an organization is shared with all the customers belonging to the same organizations.

Now the issue is that if i create a ticket from JSM, the ticket is shared from a certain Alias via e-mail (sorry for the italian)

if I create the ticket from Jira on premise the ticket is shared from another Alias. Address is always the same.

I want the mail sender Alias to be Always the project name. I doesn't make sense to show EXALATE as sender to the customer.

The ticket reporter is always the same as I added a rule on JSM (incoming synch)

I suspect the problem could lay into the event.user.name variable value. 

I'm wondering if someone can help with this issue.
