Details of attachment being synced by exalate

Hi Team, We have a requirement to reject selective attachments being synced. This maybe the type of attachment (.7z, mp4 etc), attachment uploaded by, attachment size etc. Is there a way to retrieve these values from exalate sync events or blob events where we can interpret? Further, is there a way we can reject the filtered attachments?

    The size, filename of attachements are available, based on documentation: Attachment Structure | Exalate Documentation.
