Capabilities between different jira versions

Hi,

Are there any capabilities that aren’t available when syncing between different jira versions\ jira server to cloud?

      The limitations are with the underlying tracker. For instance cloud doesn't provide the same capabilities as server.  There might be functions which are not available on cloud.

      I will have to look up the details.
