Hi Cloud Chiu,
Yes, you can use connect option for that. Here is a short description on how to use it: https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Connect+Operation#ConnectOperation-ConnectIssuesinJiraCloud
Let me know if this helps.
Hi Roman, there are too many existing issues on both sides of Jira sites so I afraid "Connect Issues Using the Connect Button" will spend us too many effort and we just want an automatic way. For "Connect Issues Using Bulk Connect Issues", what I understand is that it's for mapping between existing issues. Correct me if I am wrong.
Let me explain in detail our case. I need to first get site A's selected issues created in site B, and site B's selected issues created in site A, while the issues selected in site A and B are different and not related. That's what I need Exalate to accomplish in the first phase.
Second phase is whenever new issues created in site A for a particular condition, it will sync to site B, and vice versa.
Cloud Chiu I believe the trigger will here: https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Triggers . You can sync an issue that matches the JQL Trigger as soon as it gets created. Also you can use triggers to bulk exalate issues that are not synchronized yet. Would this help in your case?
