How to retrieve information from other tables on Servicenow

This question is about Request Item / catalog task variables in Service now and how we can sync the information on these linked tables to jira issue using exalate ? Variables are not like normal fields. The table that is used is sc_item_option_mtom, which just links sc_req_item and sc_item_option.

Request Item: sc_req_item

Request Item to Variable: sc_item_option_mtom

Variable: sc_item_option

        Hi Dushantha


        Request items have been introduced in version 5.0.17 and support for catalog tasks are currently being tested (version 5.0.18).  The release candidate is available on hub.docker (here) when using an on premise deployment of Exalate

        If you use an exalate.cloud node, you will have to wait for 5.0.18 to be deployed in the course of the coming days.

        Also - we are currently looking into a more generic approach to support any table.
