Jira attachments aren't syncing

I am so close. All the fields I want to sync are syncing, but attachments aren't syncing. I am not getting an error.  Please see the my script below:

      For whatever reason, I woke up this morning and my attachments were syncing as expected. I'm going to assume that something outside of my connection was causing the issue yesterday.
