filter in exalate on ALM End

Hi ,


I need to add a filter in trigger to sync for defects created on after certain date in ALM and also when status is changed to OPEN


Appreciate if some one can help me with the filter ?which one is correct for trigger on ALM end


 'Detected On Date'[>='3/1/2021'];status[Open]


or 


status[Open] AND 'Detected On Date'>='3/1/2021'
