There is an issue with getting users synced from Service Now to Azure DevOps.
I initially had issue with nodeHelper.getUserByEmail however, I figured out that the email address is case sensitive. Once that was resolved.
I am not hitting the following error:
Bad response when Updating work item - 400 - response body: The value 'Patrick Hutcherson' for field 'Assigned To' is ambiguous with 'John Doe ;John Doe <john.doe@acme.com>'. Provide a unique name for this field.
It is correct that there are two users with the same name however, they are different emails, ID's etc. Is there a way around this so that the users can be added.
Not really sure this is a configuration things as I am getting the info just how the tool is syncing it to user is not working (I think)
