      Hi Syed,

      Do you have the external script needed for Jira server? We have documentation on this, basically you need to sync the Epics first. Then, if you try "Exalating" a task within this Epic from Jira Cloud, you should be able to see, it got created under the Epic, in Jira Server.

        Hi Andrii,


        Yes, parent and child are synching using exalate if they are in same project, if they are in different project exalate doesnt link them, that is the issue.
