Remove remote issue tab in activity section

For records that is synced, I see a "Remote Issue" tab in Activity section. May I know how to remove remote issue tab in activity section?

      Below article mention that "Remote Issue" tab will be visible only for Exalate admins. However, I dont see a way to control user permission in Exalate menu

        Hi Vimalraj,

        This feature was designed with the intention to be showed only for Admin users, unfortunately at the moment there is no way to control user permissions for this "Remote Issue" tab.
