Note
We've packed up and moved from Confluence to Discourse to bring you a better, more interactive space. Out of courtesy we didn't migrate your user account so - you will have to signup again
The Exalate team will be on holiday for the coming days - returning Jan 4
Enjoy & stay safe
When uploading attachments from Service Now to Jira the attachment size limit of Jira is not being respected.
We have a 25MB attachment size limit configured in Jira but an attachment of ~48MB was uploaded over Exalate.
We are not sure if Exalate is overriding the limit.
We first thought that the REST API of Jira does not respect the limit but after we reported it to Atlassian Support they could not reproduce the issue, so we assumed it must be Exalate.
Is such a behaviour known?
