I am attempting to capture the “Caller” field from ServiceNow and map it to the requester field in Zendesk, but all the synced tickets come in with my personal account set as the Requester field.
We also need to have this sync work the other direction, Requester → Caller in ServiceNow.
Here is the inbound and outbound code we have attempted:
