Hi,

We have configured different ticket forms which define different custom fields in Zendesk.

Is there a possibility to set the ticket form from a scripted connection?  In Zendesk ticket forms to define the set of custom fields for a ticket, it's a core feature of Zendesk. I need to change the form of synced tickets because I need to set the Zendesk ticket fields to fit to the Jira side. Otherwise, the sync fails because some of our Zendesk custom fields are required. Without the option to interact with ticket forms, I do not know which fields are there, and I even may not have the required information.
