How to cancel ticket in ServiceNow?

Hi,

I’m trying to cancel a change request in ServiceNow. I thought it would be as easy as change the status, but it’s not working, is there some other field that I must update to cancel the ticket via Exalate?

    I was trying to do it by changing the status to Cancelled in ServiceNow, but it's not working.
