JSM to jira attachment not working

Hi,


We are using exalate for syncing JSM and JIRA. 


From Jira to JSM, attachments are getting copied, but JSM to JIRA attachments are not getting copied. 


We have checked the permission on jira. create attachment permission is available. Any other points to check.

      Hi Majid,


      Thank you for your response. Please find the details.


      • Both side it is on-prem.
      • It was visual.
      • It was normal attachments.
      • Contacted support team and we changed to script. Now issue is resolved. attachments are working both sides.

      Hi,

      Can you please provide the following information:

      • Are both side Jira Cloud or OnPrem?
      • What connection type are you using (Basic/ Visual/ Script)?
      • How are the images being added to the JSM ticket i.e. from the customer facing portal? inline? normal attachments?
      • Can you share the Exalate config please?
