Is there an Exalate workaround for the problem where multiple files attached to a Zendesk ticket with the same filename appear in Jira as the same file attachment duplicated? This is a known limitation in Jira where you cannot attach files to a ticket with the same name but in Zendesk one can. When such a ticket is synced from Zendesk to Jira what appears is a ticket with the same attachment multiple times e.g. Zendesk ticket has 2 different attachments with the same name whereas the newly created synced Jira ticket has 2 identical attachments.

      Hi Alastair


      This is a limitation in the API and we can not change that unless we change the Jira source code (smile)


      Perhaps it could be a workaround for you to have this hosted on a 3th party?
