Hello,
In my ADO org, I have installed Exalate and configured a connection (to Jira in my case, but that's not relevant to this question).
In that org, I have a project ("Project 1") which uses a hosted XML process. When I view a work item in this project, I do not see the Exalate panel.
As a control test - in that same org, I have another project ("Project 2") which uses an inherited process. When I view a work item in this project, I do see the Exalate panel, and the syncing works fine.
Is there a way to make the Exalate panel appear for Project 1 work items (maybe with a "magic" element in the process XML)?
Or is this scenario not supported by Exalate?
Thanks
Nick
Hi Nick Pan , thank you for posting your query here, and being a part of Exalate Community portal.
Could you please share a screenshot of where you are exactly having a problem? Moreover, it would be more helpful if you could please share the steps you followed so that we would be in a better position to share a solution / suggestion.
Thank you,
Ashar
