No, it's Jira On-Premise to Jira On-Premise sync.
My local Jira version:9.11.0. My customer's Jira version: 8.22.6.
As stated in the document in the link below, I added scripts named 'Epic.groovy' to the servers on both sides. Then, I made adjustments to the configuration as stated in the document. But I'm getting error and I can't apply the changes. I didn't get any error on the customer's jira.
